Returns 

Most new, unopened items that are in new condition are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is missing items, we will email to inform you that you may have forgotten to include said items and go over your options to return the remainder or an applicable fee will be deducted from the refund. 


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, Hi Detail will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply Use the ‘contact us’ link, Include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and the condition of the product. If we find that the product return is valid, we will authorize the return.

Once returned, we will inspect the product and approve the refund. You should expect to receive a refund credited back to your original payment method within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; in many cases you will receive your refund faster. However, refund completion is dependent on the time it takes for us to receive your return from the shipper, also the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

At Hi Detail, we believe in our products and are committed to providing high‐quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Our warranty ensures confidence in our products by covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Coverage

Residential use: 1‐year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Commercial use: 90‐day warranty due to higher wear and tear in commercial use.

Warranty Conditions

Normal Use: Warranty applies when products are used as intended and properly maintained.

Misuse: Improper installation, failure to maintain, neglect, or using the product outside its intended environment may void warranty.

Exclusions: Accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Coverage is limited to the original customer and purchase price.Costs such as installation, shipping, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
